This time, we are partnering with a global leader in IT infrastructure and security management solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams, powered by AI. The company has experienced strong double-digit growth over the years and serves a diverse range of industries in over 20 countries, managing more than 15 million endpoints globally.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior IT Network Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures to support the organization’s operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable connectivity, security, and performance of our network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain scalable network architectures, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.

Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce network security protocols and policies.

Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.

Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures, and standards.

Provide mentorship and support to junior network engineers and IT staff.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.

Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and expansions with minimal downtime.

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party service providers as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, etc.) and technologies.

Proficiency with network devices and systems, including Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet products.

Experience with network security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPNs.

Familiarity with cloud networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are highly desirable.
