We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to work on-site in Barranquilla for one of our greatest clients in the finance industry
Requirements:
- English B2 or higher (fluent conversational)
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting experience
- Strong technical knowledge of APIs (Soap or REST), SQL, XML/JSON
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence ticketing systems.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel or similar.
If you have also experience with financial products such as software for payment methods, POS, etc., it is a big plus!
