    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Installation Quality Specialist II supports the enhancement of installation quality by managing a queue of technical issues, analyzing installation data for trends, and troubleshooting problems across client platforms. They also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal tools and processes.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Audit installation data and invoices for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to standards for both managed and self installations.
    • Investigate recurring install issues and recommend remediation steps.
    • Provide SME knowledge and expertise on installation enablement systems to the organization.
    • Perform user acceptance testing on Product releases for installation enablement systems.
    • Coordinate directly with internal teams and external vendors to resolve installation discrepancies, providing internal and external customer support as needed.
    • Track and analyze install quality metrics; share trends and flag risks proactively.
    • Proactively propose data driven solutions and contribute to installation improvement projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients.

    Investigate and resolve issues related to transaction processing, card systems (POS/ATM), fraud, chargebacks, and 3DS.

    Follow incident management procedures, ensuring proper escalation and communication.

    Analyze transaction data and provide insights to improve service and product performance.

    Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to resolve root causes and prevent recurring issues.

    Contribute to process improvements and documentation updates.

    Required Qualifications

    Proven experience in technical customer support or client-facing roles within payments, banking, or transaction processing environments.

    Strong knowledge in SQL Databases as MySQL

    Understanding of card processing systems (POS, ATM), fraud prevention, 3DS, chargebacks, and payment gateways.

    Hands-on experience with APIs (SOAP/REST), SQL, XML/JSON.

    Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, ELK, and data analysis tools (Excel or similar).

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Job Description

    The Cloud Cloud AppOps has the following duties:

    Perform operational duties including application server health, service recycling.
    Identify and resolve operational issues (e.g., batch failures, network issues, client data feed errors)
    Monitor server performance, memory utilization, CPU, file systems, databases, batch jobs.
    Maintain operational documentation, e.g., incident tracking and run books.
    Produce metric reports including daily production status.
    Review Client support tickets and requests under service SLAs.
    Resolve level 2 and level 3 issues (i.e., application support, DBs and data center related issues). Document issues in customer support portal.
    Provide on-call off hour support and work during non-prime shift hours.


    Qualifications

    - 2+ years’ experience in Application / production support experience in with Cloud-Based hosting administration, management and performance tuning under high availability SLA environment.
    - Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure is good to have.
    - Knowledge of ETL is a plus.
    - Experience with Unix, Linux, Windows, Tomcat, SSH and basic scripting skills.
