Sutherland is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to deliver the technical aspects of product deployments for NICE Systems' customers. This is a technical consulting role which involves direct interaction with customers to understand their business data and to design and implement creative solutions to integrate the data with the NICE Performance Management Application. NICE Integration Engineers also design and develop end-user functionality such as forms, workflows and reports for customer implementations.
Main Responsibilities and Deliverables Strengthen relationships:
• Implement custom deployments of the NICE product suite for clients
• Integrate NICE's applications with other enterprise systems and data sources using ETL, XML, and scripting languages
• Work closely with customer and NICE Client Services team on all technical aspects of a NICE deployment, including but not limited to – data mapping, form and workflow design and implementation, report design and implementation.
• Work with other NICE Integration Engineers to share best practices and knowledge

Sutherland is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to deliver and support the technical aspects of our NICE product deployments. This client-facing role involves understanding our customers' business data and using it to design and implement innovative integration solutions with our NICE Sales Performance Management Application Suite. Responsibilities include software installation, and the design, development, and configuration of end-user functionality. This encompasses data ports, web services, PL/SQL procedures, triggers, views, materialized views, SQL and Linux shell scripts, compensation plans, calculators, forms, workflows, and reports. The Integration Engineer will also provide ongoing maintenance and support for implemented solutions.
The Integration Engineer performs a wide range of duties including some or all the following:
• Integration & Deployment:
o Implement and deploy custom NICE’s product suite solutions for clients,
o Install and integrate NICE’s applications with diverse enterprise systems and data sources using ETL processes, REST APIs, web services, XML, XSLT, and scripting languages.
• Issue Resolution and Support:
o Provide front-line support, troubleshooting and resolving Sales Performance Management application issues reported by end-users.
o Leverage product knowledge, technical skills, and internal resources to investigate and resolve customer problems.
o Meticulously document the problem-solving process, including all decisions and actions taken, from initial report to final resolution.
o Test fixes and conduct post-resolution follow-ups to ensure effective problem resolution using established testing methodologies.
o Analyze documented resolutions and identify trends to proactively prevent recurring issues.
• Client Collaboration & Technical Expertise:
o Collaborate closely with clients and NICE's Client Services team, providing technical expertise throughout the deployment lifecycle.
