What You’ll Do:

- Lead project planning and monitoring for strategic initiatives delegated by the CMO.
- Conduct research on future initiatives within the Marketing organization to support business growth.
- Orchestrate cross-team and intra-team projects, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Oversee business operations, including regular budget reviews and marketing performance analysis.
What We Are Looking For:

Mandatory Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing and/or Digital Marketing, including CRM experience.
- 5+ years of overall experience in Marketing.
- 2+ years in leadership roles with team management experience.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Email Marketing, SEO, and SEM.
- Experience in B2B Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Native or Bilingual level of English.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience in the Software Development Industry.
- Background in business operations.
- Previous Chief of Staff experience or similar strategic roles.
- Experience with marketing analytics and operations
- Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Statistics, Economics, etc.)
