We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst to interact with different areas of the company, review processes, test new platforms, and propose improvements. Our focus is on enhancing every process, which requires understanding and learning about the company as a whole. You'll be in constant contact with users across all departments, serving as a consultant for various areas while supporting teams in evolving and facing new challenges.

What You'll Do:

- Support and execute User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions meet business and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and adherence to internal controls.
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives by identifying, analyzing, and implementing process enhancement opportunities.
What we are looking for:

- Understanding of IT systems and tools.
- Knowledge of core engineering principles.
- Familiarity with business process flows and optimization.
- Advanced level of English.
