Join us as a Data Analyst Trainee in our dynamic team, where you'll start your journey into the world of data analysis. You'll learn to navigate through datasets, perform basic analysis, and contribute to the development of insights that drive decision-making. Working alongside experienced data analysts, data scientists, and business partners, you'll gain valuable experience in data handling, reporting, and dashboard creation, setting the foundation for a career in data analytics.

What you will do

- Support the collection and organization of data from various sources, learning to navigate and extract relevant information for analysis.
- Assist in the maintenance of databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for further analysis.
- Observe and learn the process of translating business requirements into analytical queries, under the guidance of more experienced analysts.
- Participate in the creation of basic data visualizations, such as charts and graphs, to represent findings clearly and effectively.
- Contribute to the development of reports and dashboards by compiling data and insights, under supervision.
- Engage in team meetings and training sessions, absorbing knowledge of data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Begin to understand the significance of a data-driven approach in decision-making, observing its application within the team and projects.
- Actively seek feedback and guidance from senior data analysts to improve data handling and analysis skills, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
What we are looking for

- Entry-level understanding of data analysis principles and methodologies.
- Interest in developing skills in database management, particularly with SQL.
- Eagerness to learn programming languages relevant to data analysis, such as Python or R.
- Open to being introduced to business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik for basic data visualization tasks.
- Willingness to grasp the fundamentals of Data Visualization (Dataviz) and Explanatory Data Analysis (EDA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluent in Spanish with a basic to intermediate level of English, aiming to improve proficiency.
