As a Human Resources Specialist at BairesDev, you will support various HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR administration. You'll work closely with employees and management to ensure smooth HR operations, maintain compliance with employment laws, and contribute to creating a positive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.

What You'll Do:

- Support recruitment processes from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Assist with employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives.
- Support performance management processes and assist with professional evaluations.
- Handle HR administrative tasks and contribute to process improvements.

What We Are Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in human resources or related field.
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR software applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced level of English.
