Join as a Product Owner Lead in a setting where multiple product streams require cohesive oversight. In this role, you'll coordinate the efforts of multiple product owners, aligning the overall product strategy, ensuring seamless integration of different product components, and driving the collective product vision.

What you will do

- Define and implement the overall strategy for product development within the organization.
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of product owners, setting clear objectives and evaluating performance.
- Facilitate collaboration across various teams, including development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure product success.
- Oversee key product decisions and manage a portfolio of products, ensuring cohesion and alignment with business strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in product management practices and processes.
- Act as a primary liaison between senior management and product development teams, communicating product strategies and progress.

What we are looking for

- 7+ years of experience in product management, including leadership roles.
- Expertise in directing product development teams and aligning product strategies with business goals.
- Proficient in Agile and Lean practices, with the ability to implement process improvements.
- In-depth knowledge of product lifecycle management, market trends, and customer insights.
- Skilled in risk management and decision-making for product development.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior product owners and team members.
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Advanced level of English.
