About the Role:

As our Python Engineer Manager for the Scraper Team, you'll be the visionary leader driving the development of a groundbreaking new product. This role puts you at the helm of innovation, collaborating with Product Management, Architects, and the CTO to shape the future of our technology. You'll build and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge software that pushes the boundaries of what's possible in web scraping and data extraction.

What will I do?

Talent Alchemist: Build and grow a dream team of engineering wizards, handpicking the brightest minds in the industry.
Product Visionary: Collaborate with Product Management to craft the roadmap, MVP, and key metrics that will define our product's success.
Architecture Mastermind: Work in tandem with Architects and team leads to design a scalable, robust product architecture that stands the test of time.
Agile Orchestrator: Conduct the symphony of development, driving scrum meetings and ensuring features are delivered on time and in tune.
Hands-On Innovator: Roll up your sleeves and dive into the code, actively participating in the development and testing of key product features.
Required skills and qualifications:

Development Veteran: 7+ years of battle-tested experience in software development and delivery.
Python Guru: 5+ years of Python mastery, with a particular flair for web scraping wizardry.
Leadership Virtuoso: Proven track record in team building, coaching, and fostering collaboration that breeds success.
Business Strategist: Sharp business acumen, able to align technical efforts with company goals and translate code into measurable business impact.
Solution Architect: Skilled in designing end-to-end modular solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing ecosystems.
Cloud Maestro: Expertise in orchestrating event-driven symphonies within AWS (SQS, SNS, ECS, Lambdas).
