Quality Assurance Analyst at BairesDev

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Salesforce Engineer to define and lead the architecture and strategy of Salesforce solutions across the organization. You will oversee enterprise CRM customizations, integrations, and Lightning component development, ensuring scalability, reliability, and best practices across all Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision, influencing teams and driving innovation in Salesforce enterprise solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Define and lead Salesforce architecture and strategy across the organization.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning components, and declarative tools.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align Salesforce solutions with organizational goals.
- Establish best practices, standards, and governance for Salesforce development, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and technologies to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
- Influence enterprise-wide technical decisions and drive innovation in CRM solutions.
What we are looking for:

- 10+ years of experience with Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning components, and CRM customizations.
- Strong background in software architecture design.
- Strong understanding of system security.
- In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.
- Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments.
- Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to choose between different architectures/technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each.
- Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced level of English.
