Join as a Senior DevOps Tech Lead, where you'll oversee the technical direction of our DevOps practices. With your expertise in advanced CI/CD techniques, cloud architecture, and system automation, you'll lead a team of DevOps engineers in delivering scalable and resilient infrastructure, setting high standards for operational excellence.

What you will do:

- Define and lead the overall DevOps strategy, aligning it with the organization's goals and technological advancements.
- Supervise and guide teams in managing scalable, secure cloud environments and advanced CI/CD workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices into software development and operations.
- Lead in the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies in DevOps practices.
- Oversee security policies and risk management strategies in all DevOps activities.
- Mentor and train team members in advanced DevOps techniques and tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Here’s what we are looking for:

- 7+ years of experience with DevOps.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
- Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
- Strong experience in application security best practices.
- Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
- Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
- Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
- Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
- Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, time estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
- Advanced level of English.
