Staff Data Analyst at BairesDev

We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Data Analyst to lead data analysis initiatives, generate actionable business insights, and ensure high-quality reporting. You will work with SQL, statistical methods, and visualization tools to deliver accurate, reliable, and enterprise-grade insights. The ideal candidate combines hands-on analytical expertise with leadership skills to mentor teams and standardize analytics processes across projects.

What You'll Do:

- Lead data analysis initiatives, transforming raw data into actionable business insights.
- Design and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data.
- Apply statistical methods to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for enterprise stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure insights drive decision-making.
- Establish best practices, standards, and documentation for data analysis workflows.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate and integrate analytics and visualization tools to enhance reporting and insights.
What we are looking for:

- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, SQL, statistical analysis, and reporting.
- Strong background in software architecture design.
- Strong understanding of system security.
- In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.
- Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments.
- Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to choose between different architectures/technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each.
- Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced level of English.
