We need someone to create the experience of internal and external products, helping and guiding product managers, stakeholders, and designers in the product development lifecycle.

As a UX Research, you will:

- Develop deep research (qualitative and quantitative) in the product development lifecycle and UX design processes.
- Plan and implement research methods such as focus groups, quantitative and qualitative surveys, card sorting, participatory design / co-creation workshops, heuristic evaluation (formal and informal), cognitive walkthroughs, and A/B tests.
- Analyze data from research and Web Data (GA), bringing insight to decision-making.
- Combine data-driven and user-centric methodologies for better results.
- Collaborate to shape and deliver a delightful customer experience based on research.
- Communicate and disseminate research analysis in a clear, transparent, and persuasive manner.
- Be part of a multidisciplinary product team to identify key research questions and goals, applying research methodologies to drive customer-centered and data-driven decisions on product and design strategy.
Here's what we're looking for:

- 5+ years of research experience.
- A great team player, experienced in working with agile teams.
- Strong communication skills for presenting research analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Google Analytics and HeatMaps (is a plus).
- Advanced English level.
