As a Talent Advisor you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment while helping global companies scale their teams.
The scope of your role will include:
- Acting as talent acquisition consultant to business leaders.
- Being responsible for assisting in identifying the best candidates to fill open positions.
- Managing the talent pipeline and executing recruitment strategies to support the company's staffing needs.
- Planning and executing talent engagement strategies, initiatives, programs and processes.
- Acting as “go-to” person for all talent and organizational performance solutions.
Basic requirements:
- Advanced English (+90%)
- Academic background: Business Management, Psychology, Marketing or Engineering
- +2 yrs experience in HR
And the main skills that will help you to be successful in the position are:
- Ability to find great people and build relationships with them.
- Deep knowledge of the IT and BPO labor market.
- Understanding of Recruiting Technologies including Applicant tracking systems, HRIS systems, job boards, social networks, and recruiting websites - technically agile and informed.
- Project Management skills.
- Candidate assessment, selection and interaction.
- Great Communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Resourcefulness and ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
