The Payroll Analyst will support day-to-day payroll operations across multiple countries and will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll-related tasks. Key Tasks & Accountabilities
Support the preparation and verification of payroll information
Maintain accurate employee data and payroll records
Assist in the generation of payroll reports and summaries
Help ensure compliance with internal processes and payroll deadlines
Collaborate with HR, FinOps and Accounting teams to gather payroll inputs
Follow up on employee documents related to payroll (e.g., contracts, certifications)
Provide basic administrative support for payroll processes
Support the team in audits and data reviews
Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information

Academic and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (students in their final semesters will also be considered).
Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in administrative or finance-related roles. Previous internships or university projects related to payroll, HR, or accounting will be consider as a plus.

Bizagi is a growing US-Headquartered multinational cloud-based software provider. The company has a strong LATAM reputation and presence with a large office in Colombia. We are looking for an experienced and talented Accounting Manager with strong knowledge of Colombian accounting and tax regulations who will oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with all local fiscal requirements. This is a key role responsible for managing the accounting function, supervising internal processes, and coordinating audits and reporting activities.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable and financial reporting
Manage the accounting team and promote professional development within the department
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures in line with both local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP)
Ensure full compliance with DIAN (Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales) and SHD (secretaria Distrital de Hacienda) regulations and Colombian tax law
Lead the preparation and submission of the Superintendencia de Sociedades report.
Prepare and file corporate taxes, IVA, withholding tax (Renta – IVA - ICA), and other statutory obligations alone or with the assistance of PWC where required
Lead the preparation and submission of national and district exogenous information reports.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and government authorities as needed
Understanding of payroll in accordance with Colombian labor laws and social security requirements
Monitor and implement changes in tax legislation to ensure proactive compliance
Demonstrated knowledge of transfer pricing treatment, including the analysis and documentation of intercompany transactions in compliance with Colombian tax regulations and OECD guidelines
Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initia

Requisitos
Al menos 4 a 5 años de experiencia profesional en desarrollo de software.
Mínimo 4 a 5 años de experiencia reciente desarrollando en C# o Java (excluyente).
Conocimientos y experiencia en PowerShell o Python, aplicados específicamente a automatización de procesos.
Experiencia comprobada en CI/CD y prácticas DevOps, incluyendo la entrega continua de productos a clientes.
Participación en proyectos de automatización de tareas de desarrollo, como generación de artefactos, construcción de pipelines, testing automatizado, entre otros.
Experiencia operando con contenedores, especialmente Docker y Kubernetes, incluyendo despliegue, configuración y resolución de problemas.
Dominio de sistemas de control de versiones, especialmente Git.
