  • As our AI-Integrated Search Specialist at Gallagher, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital presence for AI-driven search technologies. Working closely with product, content, and search engine teams, your primary responsibility will be to enhance content and site structure for AI Overviews and chat-based search, ensuring high-E-E-A-T signals (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trust) are built and maintained. You will also develop content and schema strategies for AI discovery engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, and track zero-click metrics and conversational query impacts. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the Digital Experience team and requires expertise in AI-driven search optimization and integration. 

    REQUIREMENTS:
    *3+ Years in AI-driven search optimization or related field. 
    *Strong project management skills and rapid response rate. 
    *Must have knowledge in AI discovery engines and reporting. 
    *Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. 
    *Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • As our Google Ads/PPC Specialist at Gallagher, you will play a crucial role in supporting our SEO/SEM/ORM Senior Manager to assist and execute our paid presence on Google along with project management among stakeholders.   • The Online Reputation Specialist will help to move our business forward to create dynamic digital experiences that drives leads. The Corporate Digital Marketing team is like a start-up within a 90+ year old company that continues to expand service offerings globally. We are in the midst of digital transformation, unifying our regions and digital properties on Sitecore using enterprise tools such as Yext. It’s an exciting time to be a part of our Corporate Digital Marketing team.  

    As an Online Reputation Manager on our Digital Experience team, you will work under the Global Director of SEO, SEM, and ORM as a member of our Corporate Digital team. Together our goal is to help execute the global online PR strategies to drive engagement and leads on our digital properties across multiple brands. With the SEO and content teams, you will help unify brand messaging and content opportunities across different directory and review platforms and run reports and tell a story thru data to continually enhance and improve the customer’s digital experience.  

    You’re proactive, comfortable managing several concurrent projects, take responsibility and prioritize your work. A self-starter who is comfortable working independently as well as on the project team. You have demonstrated experience with enterprise level online reputation management experience that will help guide our development team. 

    You’ll work under the Global Director, SEO/SEM/ORM taking direction to help manage online reputation for Gallagher’s digital properties across multiple channels – and provide reporting to show engagement gains as well as content opportunities.  

    As part of a global digital team, you’re flexible to meet via conference call with global stakeholders. You’ll work with their agencies to understand their strategies and look for opportunities to bring projects inside vs an agency. You have a strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing experience as well.

    Dominio de plataformas de pauta digital (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

    Conocimientos en SEO, email marketing y automatización.

    Manejo de herramientas de edición (Canva, CapCut, IA, entre otras).

    Perfil estratégico, analítico, orientado a resultados y con capacidad de optimización de presupuestos.
