In this role, you'll have the opportunity to deploy innovative experiments and work with very ambitious teammates from different disciplines.     What You'll Do:

    Optimize and execute GTM plays for outbound.
    Own email infrastructure & deliverability best practices.
    Map the TAM and find new pipeline opportunities.
    Research data, trends, and new tactics to test.
    Build and refine prompt-based messaging at scale.
    Lead human + AI QA to reduce campaign errors.
    Document processes, playbooks, and new projects.
    What we are looking for:

    Experience in B2B Marketing.
    Experience with Generative AI, including prompt engineering and LLM-based systems.
    Experience with marketing automation and email marketing.
    Intermediate or advanced SQL skills.
    Experience working for US companies.
    Advanced level of English.

    We are looking for an Internal Communications Partner to ensure our culture is consistently represented across both internal and external channels. You will work closely with the Culture & Comms Partner, Designer, and Community Engagement team to translate everyday moments of impact into stories that inspire pride, belonging, and recognition across all BDevers. Your purpose is to strengthen how employees feel about being part of BairesDev and how the world sees us as an employer of choice, ensuring both stories are consistent, inspiring, and rooted in our values.

    What You'll Do:

    - Design and execute storytelling campaigns that bring our values, achievements, and culture to life.
    - Curate and write internal content that celebrates milestones, award wins, and people stories across newsletters, Slack, and the PeopleX Portal.
    - Partner with the Designer to turn stories into visually engaging narratives including videos, graphics, and reels.
    - Collaborate with the Culture & Comms Partner to align all messaging to company tone, voice, and strategic priorities.
    - Keep employer branding platforms updated with accurate information, awards, and photos.

    What we are looking for:

    - 4-6 years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, or storytelling within global or distributed organizations.
    - Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns.
    - Experience collaborating with internal teams on brand
