We are looking for an experienced SEO Associate to join our Marketing team and develop our on-page SEO strategy. This professional will be responsible for designing and implementing changes in the current SEO strategy, helping with the technical SEO efforts, supporting producing SEO and content team reports, and working with other team members to optimize content and web pages.
What You Will Do:

Objetivo del cargo
Diseñar y orientar procesos formativos en Programación Full Stack, promoviendo el desarrollo de competencias técnicas y prácticas que permitan a los estudiantes construir, integrar y desplegar aplicaciones web completas, desde el frontend hasta el backend, aplicando buenas prácticas de desarrollo y estándares de la industria.
Funciones principales
- Diseñar y desarrollar contenidos pedagógicos relacionados con Programación Full Stack, incluyendo lenguajes y frameworks de frontend y backend, bases de datos, control de versiones y despliegue en la nube.
- Elaborar material audiovisual y recursos didácticos que fortalezcan el aprendizaje.
- Dirigir sesiones presenciales alineadas con los objetivos del programa.
- Aplicar metodologías activas que fomenten la resolución de problemas, el pensamiento crítico y el aprendizaje basado en proyectos.
- Realizar seguimiento al progreso de los estudiantes, brindando retroalimentación clara y constructiva.
- Adaptar contenidos y estrategias pedagógicas a las necesidades y nivel del grupo de formación.
Perfil que buscamos
- Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Telemática o afines, o Ingeniería Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones y afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años como docente, mentor o instructor en Programación Full Stack.
- Conocimientos sólidos en HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks de frontend (React, Angular o similares), backend (Node.js, Java, Python u otros), bases de datos SQL y NoSQL, control de versiones (Git) y despliegue en entornos de nube.
- Capacidad para diseñar experiencias formativas prácticas y motivadoras.
