Requirements: Education: Professional in Education, Educational Technology, Engineering or related areas. Additional training in ICT pedagogical integration, digital tools or educational innovation.
Experience: At least three years' experience in educational technology or engineering applied to education.
Work with the youngest students to create a positive and nurturing environment for them to grow up, learn and feel comfortable in. Plan, organize and facilitate activities for children to stimulate and nurture their physical, mental, and emotional development.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in education or related field. A postgraduate degree is preferred.
Experience: At least three years of experience as a tutor/homeroom teacher. Experience in differentiation, evaluation and monitoring of cases. Preschool & Primary experience is highly desired
Skills: Teamwork, creativity and excellent organizational skills.
English level: C1 or above.
Objetivo: Planificar y ejecutar la gestión de los procesos de selección, inducción, formación, evaluación y bienestar del talento humano, con el fin de contribuir al logro de los objetivos y pilares de la Institución, asegurando efectividad, transparencia y cumplimiento de las políticas organizacionales.
Requisitos:
-Nivel de inglés mínimo B2.
-Experiencia de 2-3 años en procesos de talento humano.
-Escolaridad: Psicología con enfoque organizacional, con especialización en talento humano.
-Conocimientos: Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas, conocimiento de procesos de selección, inducción, formación y desarrollo de personal.
