    Marinex Logistics SAS is a growing NVOCC and freight forwarding agent, headquartered in the United States with supporting teams in Istanbul, Turkiye, and Medellin, Colombia. We offer logistic solutions for maritime and air shipments both import and export from around the world.
    We are currently looking for an Ocean Export Assistant for our operations in United States. So, if you are a dynamic, strategic, passionate person who accepts new challenges and meets the following requirements, we invite you to apply for the selection process for this position.

    Job Description
    • Coordinate and follow up the daily operations of LCL, FCL.
    • Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines established with our clients.
    • Manage the documentation and procedures required for the United Stated export regulation, such as fill out AES, titles or documents validation.
    • Sustain close contact with suppliers and customers to ensure effective communication.
    • Solve any issues and setbacks that may arise during the cargo transportation process.
    • Revise and control invoices from service providers.
    • Revise and analyze documentation related to the export process such as MBL’s, HBL’s invoices, Origin certificated and any other document that should be consider.
    • Other complementary tasks related to the position.

    Requirements
    • Minimum Education: Technologist / Professional Degree.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of import in United States
    •Preferably 2 years of experience in the operations department of Freight Forwarders in United States.
    • English proficiency level B2 Advanced.
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
    • Goal-oriented with self-discipline.
    • Able to handle stress.
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Job Description

    • Issuing invoices to domestic and international clients and following up on outstanding payments.
    • Verifying and processing payments to domestic and international vendors.
    • Creating statements and sending to clients.
    • Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
    • Coordinating cross-border transactions in various currencies.
    • Creating reports for management, including indicators like profit margins per operation and profitability by route.


    Requirements

    • Minimum Education: Technologist / Professional Degree.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting in United States
    •Preferably 3 years of experience in the accounting department of Freight Forwarders in United States.
    * Must be proficient in accounting software or protocols (Example: Siigo, CW, Odoo, Magaya).
    • English proficiency level B2 Advance.
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
    • Goal-oriented with self-discipline.
    • Able to handle stress.
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
