    The Cloud Cloud AppOps has the following duties:

    Perform operational duties including application server health, service recycling.
    Identify and resolve operational issues (e.g., batch failures, network issues, client data feed errors)

    En este rol trabajarás directamente con el líder técnico del equipo, participando en el desarrollo y optimización de servicios clave del Observability Stack, además de colaborar en proyectos de analítica de datos con enfoque en IA y machine learning.

    Responsabilidades principales:
    • Contribuir al desarrollo y mantenimiento de servicios para el Observability Stack global.
    • Implementar prácticas de CI/CD y pipelines automatizados.
    • Trabajar con infraestructura como código (IaC) principalmente con Terraform.
    • Gestionar y optimizar entornos Linux.
    • Participar en iniciativas de análisis de datos, aplicando fundamentos de estadística y matemáticas.
    • Colaborar con equipos internacionales, asegurando una comunicación clara y efectiva.
    • Impulsar la mejora continua en herramientas, procesos y prácticas del equipo.

    Requisitos:
    • 4 a 8 años de experiencia profesional en TI.
    • Experiencia sólida en administración Linux.
    • Conocimientos en Terraform y conceptos de IaC.
    • Manejo de Docker y contenedores.
    • Familiaridad con prácticas de CI/CD.
    • Bases en análisis de datos y estadística.
    • Conocimiento de Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Beats, Logstash).
    • Inglés B2 - C1
    • Manejo de MS SQL Server o PostgreSQL.
    • Experiencia con Grafana.
