    Requisitos:
    Profesional en Ingeniería, Administración o afines.
    Experiencia total de 2 a 3 años en el mundo de datos, de los cuales mínimo 1.5 años como Ingeniero de Datos.
    Experiencia en Python aplicado a datos.
    Conocimiento y experiencia en ciencia de datos, ingeniería de machine learning, ingeniería de datos o áreas similares.
    Experiencia comprobada trabajando con LLMs y frameworks de GenAI (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, AutoGen, CrewAi, Strands, entre otros).
    Conocimiento en la construcción de sistemas RAG y agentes.
    Manejo de plataformas de nube (Azure, AWS, Databricks).
    Inglés conversacional B2.

    Condiciones de la oferta:
    Modalidad: 100% Remota en Colombia.
    Horario: administrativo, lunes a viernes.
