  • Objetivo del rol
    El/la Senior Business Systems Analyst será responsable de levantar, analizar y documentar requerimientos de negocio y transformarlos en insumos claros para los equipos técnicos, asegurando la correcta ejecución del ciclo de desarrollo y pruebas del proyecto.

    Funciones principales

    Levantar y documentar requerimientos de negocio a partir de información entregada por Bancos Centrales y equipos locales.

    Elaborar documentos de requerimientos (BRD), user stories y casos de uso.

    Trabajar de forma cercana con equipos de desarrollo durante los ciclos de construcción, pruebas y entrega.

    Gestionar y apoyar la ejecución de pruebas junto al equipo de testing.

    Resolver dudas de los diferentes equipos involucrados, asegurando alineación con los requerimientos definidos.

    Mantener trazabilidad de los entregables y reportar avances al Project Manager.

    Experiencia requerida

    Más de 5 años de experiencia en Business Analysis o roles similares.

    Experiencia en proyectos bajo metodologías Agile y Waterfall.

    Sólida experiencia en levantamiento de requerimientos, user stories y gestión del ciclo de vida del proyecto.

    Nivel de inglés completamente bilingüe (lectura, escritura y conversación).

    We are looking for a Recruiting Analyst to join our Recruiting team and lead short- and long-term projects. We are looking for proactive, dynamic team players with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks and who pay marked attention to detail.     What You Will Do:

    - Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings.
    - Correctly obtain information related to the profile and assignment of the required openings.
    - Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates for various openings.
    - Presenting candidates to various clients and leads
    - Collaborate with the Operations and Client Services areas to identify farming possibilities in the different accounts.
    - Propose improvements to the staffing and recruiting processes
    Here’s what we are looking for:

    - Proven analytical ability, extreme attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively, as well as multitasking skills.
    - Degree in Business, Systems, HR or in a related field.
    - 3+ years experience in Staffing or Project Management.
    - Advanced English level.

    Desirable:

    -1+ years of experience in Recruitment.

    Acompañar el ciclo de vida del proyecto asegurando entregables de valor.

    Participar activamente en ceremonias bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).

    ¿Qué buscamos?

    Nivel de inglés B2 (conversacional y escrito).

    Experiencia preferiblemente en el sector bancario o financiero.

    Experiencia trabajando con metodologías ágiles.

    Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders.

    Pensamiento analítico y orientación a resultados.

    Modalidad de trabajo:

    Bogotá: 4 días en oficina, 1 día remoto.

    Otras ciudades: 100% remoto.
