You will be responsible for establishing a new department of "cold-call-based" lead qualification in order to assure we provide our partners with the best possible leads. This is an opportunity to build a team from the ground up and shape the future of how WinDifferent generates value for our partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Build up your own team and department. - Cold call potential leads and vet them. - Establish external and internal processes and best practices. - Interact with partner companies and internal areas. Here's what we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in an inside sales or sales specialist role. - Proven track record in a cold-calling sales role. - Previous sales experience in a B2B/Software outsourcing company. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and Advanced English level.
Desirable:
- Previous work experience in a Marketing/lead generation role.

- Experience leading operational leaders. - Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (desirable). - Hands-on management style with a proactive approach. - Advanced level of English.
