    ??Requisitos:
    Nivel de inglés avanzado (B2+/C1).
    Habilidad para interpretar conversaciones de forma consecutiva o secuencial.
    Computador con cámara y micrófono (no iPad, tablet ni celular).
    Conexión a internet estable (fibra óptica o cable coaxial).
    Disponibilidad completa para el entrenamiento (training).

    ??Training:
    Duración de 1 mes, con inicio entre el 7 y el 14 de noviembre.
    Horario de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 4:30 p.m. (no negociable).
    Modalidad remota (usa tu propio equipo).
    Salario durante training: $1.927.000 COP.
    Salario durante nesting: $2.409.524 COP.

    ??Salario y horarios en operaciones:
    Elige tu carga laboral semanal:
    a. 36 horas: $2.168.572 + 15% en bonificaciones.
    b. 40 horas: $2.409.524 + 15% en bonificaciones.
    c. 42 horas: $2.530.000 + 15% en bonificaciones.

    Hasta 3 días de descanso según tu jornada! Horario flexible entre 7:00 a.m. y 9:00 p.m. de lunes a sábado. Domingo descanso obligatorio. Lunes y martes trabajo obligatorio.

    - Confirm the accuracy of the information provided by the recruiting team.

    - Follow up with candidates and other BairesDev departments to ensure that the formatting process is completed on time and correctly.
    Here's what we're looking for:
