We are looking for a bilingual Call Center or QA Agent who will be in charge of auditing, verifying and promoting the fulfillment of the management indicators of the different Call Centers within the Latam region.
Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support and training to the team, helping them to become professional service representatives and develop a high performance team.
2. Perform follow-up/monitoring and detailed evaluation of the interactions of the chat and call channels to verify compliance with established protocols and correct service attention, identify possible causes of user dissatisfaction and omissions of complaints by agents.
3. Keep detailed record of evaluations and feedback.
4. Ensure that all quality related documentation is updated.
5. Comply with efficiency and quality indicators.
6. Implement other job related tasks assigned for the immediate supervisor, ensuring proper compliance.
Requirements.
- Professional in Psychology, Social Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, International Business Administration or similar.
- Experience in Call Center operations, customer service or quality assurance.
- Team leadership desirable.
- Advanced English level up to 85% - conversational (B2 level).
Conditions
- On-site modality
- Fixed salary for 1 year with renewal.
- Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Subject to change depending on the needs of the operation).
- Salary: $2.9M - $3.2M + Incentive up to $800.000 + KPI
