What will you do?
As a Business Analyst Specialist, you will:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to identify business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Analyze data to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are met.

What do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- A master’s degree is considered an asset.
- Conversational English level B2 or higher.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or hybrid delivery models

Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping tools.
- Understanding of data governance and data quality principles
