About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical professional to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to transforming policies into operational procedures, managing documentation, and executing compliance workflows with precision.

Responsibilities
Support the Americas Ethics & Compliance program through operational, analytical, and documentation tasks.
Translate compliance policies into clear, structured, and repeatable processes.
Design and maintain SOPs, workflows, matrices, dashboards, and trackers.
Coordinate and document screenings, controls, and decision-making workflows.
Requirements
Degree in Law, Engineering, Business, Audit, Compliance, Consulting, or related fields.
2 years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, or similar.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Asana, and Advanced Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications 
Legal training or expertise in process design and regulatory frameworks.
Experience with workflow tools like Lucidchart.
