Our Insurance agency is growing and needs a seasoned bilingual Insurance Sales Agent.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday - 9 AM to 5 PM ET Time
Location: Eastern Time Zone - 100% Remote
American Holidays Observance


Responsibilities

Gather and authenticate the required application and financial documents
Secure all personal and business documents to manage insurance documents such as certificates, claims, site inspections, contracts, and other insurance information
Assist leads, applicants, and customers throughout the insurance process, as well as following the closure or renewal of the deal


Qualifications

Bilingualism in English and Spanish is non-negotiable.
A minimum of 3+ years of Insurance Agent experience is required.
A high school diploma or GED is required; however, an Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a history of stability in their employment.
Excellent analytical, organizational, time management, and communication skills are expected.
The successful applicant should also demonstrate technical proficiency with various software applications and have prior experience with CRM systems.
