About the Role

Join our dynamic Human Resources team as an HR Communications Trainee and begin an exciting journey where you’ll develop your skills in internal communications while gaining hands-on corporate experience. This role is ideal for creative, proactive students who are passionate about communication and eager to make an impact within a global organization.

As part of the team, you will support the creation of engaging HR content, contribute to communication initiatives, and help strengthen employee engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with HR teams to create engaging and impactful internal communications.
Support the development and execution of communication strategies related to HR policies and initiatives.
- Manage and update HR content across internal platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives through effective communication channels.
- Contribute to multimedia content creation, such as newsletters, presentations, and internal announcements.
Skills & Requirements

- Students of Communications or related fields looking to complete their internship.
- University approval required to sign an internship contract.
- Must not have previously signed an apprenticeship contract.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and creative mindset.
- Experience using Canva and Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- English proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
