Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Work Arrangement: Primarily onsite — approximately 4 days per week
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
-The HR Business Partner will:
-Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and business stakeholders
-Develop and execute people and employee-experience strategies
-Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
-Provide guidance on employee relations and complex people matters
-Support organizational design, leadership effectiveness, culture, and change initiatives
-Lead or contribute to HR projects and process improvements
-Support onboarding, employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives
-Partner with Compensation & Benefits on employee-related initiatives
-Analyze workforce and HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
-Support HR operations and HRIS processes
-Provide reporting and insights to HR leadership

Requirements.
-5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
-Previous HR Business Partner experience or strong Senior HR Generalist experience
-A strong HR generalist background
-Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and executives
-Strong employee relations experience
-Experience balancing strategic HR responsibilities with hands-on HR operations
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Experience leading HR initiatives and organizational change
-Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities
-Experience with workforce planning, talent strategy, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
-Experience supporting compensation, benefits, leave, onboarding, and employee development
-Experience working with HRIS systems and HR data
-Strong project-management skills
-Bachelor’s degree preferred/required
