We are looking for a Human Resources Lead to join our team in Barranquilla. This role is key to strengthening our talent strategy, organizational culture, and structural design, ensuring alignment with business goals and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational, administrative, and leadership roles.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve organizational structure, roles, and reporting lines.
- Drive and strengthen organizational culture, values, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to support strategic people decisions and workforce planning.
- Develop and standardize HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure effective integration of new hires.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience leading recruitment and selection processes, organizational culture initiatives, and organizational structure design.
- Proven experience in leadership or senior HR roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work on-site in BARRANQUILLA (this is a fully presencial position).
