As an Inside Sales Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a high-performing team of sales leads and sales representatives.
Inside Sales Lead Specialist Responsibilities
· Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team to elevate overall performance.
· Set clear objectives, track KPIs, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
· Conduct regular individual and team meetings to support alignment and continuous improvement.
· Develop tailored sales strategies and personalized growth plans for each team member.
· Analyze performance data and deliver weekly reports.
· Share market insights and customer feedback with leadership to strengthen commercial strategies.
· Ensure disciplined execution of the sales process and drive team excellence.
Required Skills
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or lead generation.
· Minimum of 3 years in a team lead or managerial role.
· Advanced/Bilingual level of English.
Preferred Skills
· Experience using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
· Strong ability to learn quickly, think critically, and solve problems with agility.
· Experience working in digital or subscription-based business models is a plus.
· Exceptional communication skills with the ability to keep clients informed and identify opportunities to enhance processes and strategies.
