The Inside Sales Representative is a remote, full-time role responsible for managing
inbound and outbound sales activities for a US-based Commercial landscaping
company. This position plays a key role in generating new business by qualifying leads,
conducting outreach, preparing estimates, supporting account managers, coordinating
site visits, and maintaining accurate CRM records. The ideal candidate is organized,
proactive, and comfortable with both inbound communication and outbound
prospecting. Need a very high level of spoken and written English.
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Qualification
- Handle inbound phone, email, website, and referral inquiries promptly and
professionally.
- Conduct discovery calls to gather property details, service needs, timelines, and
budget.
- Qualify leads for appropriateness (commercial, HOA, enhancement,
maintenance).
- Enter and maintain accurate lead data in the CRM in real time.
Prospecting, Research, and Cold Calling
- Conduct online research to build and maintain databases of potential clients,
including HOAs, property managers, and commercial properties.
- Source new prospects through tools such as county property appraisers,
LinkedIn, Google Maps, association directories, and industry databases.
- Perform outbound cold calling to introduce company services, qualify prospects,
and schedule walkthroughs or follow-up calls.
- Maintain a consistent outreach cadence to warm, cold, and dormant leads.
Sales Coordination & Support
- Schedule walkthroughs, site visits, and consultations for Account Managers.
- Prepare notes, property details, and any documentation required by the
estimating team.
- Assist with gathering property measurements, photos, or service history from
internal systems.
Proposals & Follow-Up
- Prepare and send proposals for standard landscaping services (maintenance,
cleanups, enhancements, irrigation, tree work).
- Review proposals with clients to answer questions and clarify scope.
- Follow up proactively on all open quotes, pending proposals, and renewals to
improve conversion rates.
Client Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for potential clients during the sales cycle.
- Maintain timely, professional communication across phone, email, and CRM
messaging.
- Deliver a positive customer experience that strengthens the company’s
reputation.
CRM Management & Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain organized, up-to-date CRM records for all leads, estimates, proposals,
and conversions.
- Track proposal outcomes (sent, pending, won, lost) and update statuses
consistently.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Assist with contract preparation, electronic signatures, and onboarding new
clients.
Collaboration With Operations
- Work closely with account managers and field supervisors to ensure proposals
are accurate and aligned with service capabilities.
- Support communication between departments to ensure seamless service
execution.
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, or lead-generation (landscaping,
construction, or home services preferred).
- Comfortable with researching, cold calling, and proactive outreach.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, phone).
- Reliable remote work setup with stable internet.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and leads
simultaneously.
- High Level of English both spoken and written
