Descripción del cargo

Requirements
Proven experience in a QA leadership or managerial role, with accountability for service delivery, team performance, and results.
Solid knowledge of software quality assurance practices, including manual and automated testing, process maturity, and continuous improvement frameworks.
Experience managing QA services under SLA-driven models, with strong operational control and stakeholder reporting.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams, including performance management and career development.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience defining and interpreting QA KPIs and metrics.
Business-oriented perspective, with experience supporting commercial initiatives, service models, and financial sustainability.
Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills, capable of engaging technical teams, clients, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Own and manage the QA service end to end, planning, executing, and controlling QA activities to ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards, best practices, and service continuity, while managing resources efficiently.
Lead and develop QA teams, driving continuous learning, identifying skill gaps, defining development plans, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring team stability and technical maturity.
Drive quality and continuous improvement, promoting process optimization, standardization, and test automation, using metrics to identify risks, trends, and opportunities, and reducing rework caused by quality defects.
Establish governance, metrics, and operational control, defining and tracking QA KPIs, reporting service performance to stakeholders, and enabling data-driven decisions that balance quality, cost, time, and customer satisfaction.
Support business growth and service sustainability, identifying QA-related commercial opportunities, contributing to service offerings and delivery models, and ensuring the profitability and scalability of the QA practice.
