Descripción del cargo

1. Responsible for identifying capabilities, features, and potential risks for the product’s vision by working with end users, stakeholders, the agile team and business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to produce high quality features that will change the way the that customers interact with the Bank.

3. Ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Support the Global Product Owner to help define a product’s release and iteration backlog based on product’s overall vision and input from corporate business, SMEs, customer experience and the agile team.
• Actively collaborate and engage with the agile team
• Make decisions about the product’s direction
• Contribute to building organizational capability and expertise on agile adoption
• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
