Requirements
Must to have:
SAP SCM MM/WM.
Application Management Support (AMS).
Incident management and ticket resolution (L2/L3).
Solid knowledge of Materials Management (MM) processes: procurement, purchasing, inventory management.
Solid knowledge of Warehouse Management (WM) processes: warehouse structure, storage bins, stock movements, transfer orders.
Experience configuring MM processes such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and vendor master data.
Experience configuring WM processes including warehouse structure, storage locations, bins, and stock transfers.
Inventory management support: stock transfers, consignment, cycle counting.
Integration knowledge with SD, PP, and FI/CO modules.
Knowledge and configuration experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM), embedded, and possibly advanced.
Ability to analyze incidents, perform root cause analysis, and propose permanent solutions.
Experience handling change requests and small enhancements.
Strong documentation skills: configuration, incident resolution, and process flows.
Experience with testing activities: unit testing and integration testing.
Ability to work closely with senior consultants, AMS teams, and business users.
Strong user support and service-oriented mindset focused on SLA compliance.
Good communication skills to interact with functional and technical stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced operational environment.
Experience in documentation of incident logs, fixes, and operational procedures.
Knowledge of data migration activities related to material master, vendor master, and stock data.
Oil and Gas industry knowledge is a plus.
3–6 years of experience in SAP MM/WM implementations and AMS support.

Responsibilities
Provide application management support for SAP MM and WM modules, ensuring stable day-to-day operations.
Resolve MM/WM incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis of recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes.
Escalate complex technical or functional issues to senior consultants or development teams when required.
Support procurement, inventory management, and warehouse business processes.
Handle change requests and minor enhancements in MM/WM configuration.
Configure and maintain MM processes: purchasing, goods movements, and vendor data.
Configure and maintain WM processes: warehouse structure, storage bins, transfer orders, and stock movements.
Support integration points with SD, PP, FI/CO, and SAP Transportation Management.
Prepare and execute unit and integration test cases for fixes and enhancements.
Maintain clear and updated documentation for configurations, incidents, and solutions.
Support data migration activities related to master data and transactional data.
Provide end-user support, guidance, and training on MM/WM transactions.
Create quick reference guides and FAQs for common operational issues.
Act as a point of contact for ongoing operational MM/WM questions.
Suggest continuous improvement initiatives based on incident trends and operational feedback.
Collaborate with senior consultants on optimization and stabilization initiatives.
