Requirements
Must to have:
SAP ECC 6.0 / S/4HANA – SD and DSD modules
Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, ATP, Shipping, Customer/Vendor Master
DSD (Direct Store Delivery): routes, VLP, settlements, handhelds, secondary distribution
Integrations with PI/PO, B2Bi, Ariba, and Legacy systems
Desirable experience in CO PA, FI AR, MM, TM
Familiarity with AMS and ITIL models (incident/change management)

Responsibilities
Provide functional and operational support in SAP SD and DSD modules within the AMS model.
Handle and resolve incidents, changes, and requests in accordance with ITIL.
Ensure compliance with response and resolution SLAs during the stabilization phase.
Coordinate with the OTC Gatekeeper and participate in 24/7 support shifts according to the support matrix.
Analyze and document solutions related to billing, pricing, deliveries, settlements, routes, returns, and field processes.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
Collaborate closely with RTR, MM, PI/PO, B2Bi, and Ariba teams for end to end solution delivery.
Participate in post mortems and documentation of lessons learned.
