Requirements
Required – Technical Skills
• 5+ years of experience as a .NET Developer.
• Strong experience with .NET Framework and/or .NET Core.
• Solid experience with SQL Server, including database development and optimization.
• Experience developing and maintaining Web Forms applications.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and application lifecycle management.
• Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving production issues.
Required – Soft Skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in distributed teams.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have (Technical Skills)
• Experience using GitHub or Claude Code.
• Knowledge of React.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities (Activities to Perform)
• Develop new features and enhancements for existing applications.
• Perform bug fixing and troubleshoot application issues.
• Maintain and improve existing .NET applications.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
• Support application deployments and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Languages
• English: Advanced to Proficient (C1-C2)
Additional Information
Location
• Bogotá, Colombia (Remote)
Special Conditions
• The candidate will support California and must be available to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
• Experience with modern .NET development and SQL Server is mandatory.
