As an Attorney at BairesDev, you will provide legal counsel and support to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You'll leverage your legal expertise to advise on corporate matters, contract negotiations, and risk management while supporting the company's strategic business objectives. Your role will be crucial in protecting the organization's interests and ensuring legal compliance across all operations.

What You'll Do:

- Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Support business units with legal risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with external counsel on litigation matters and complex legal issues.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and their potential impact on business operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.

What We Are Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in corporate law or related fields.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar.
- Knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to business stakeholders.
- Advanced level of English.
