We are looking for an outstanding Client Solutions Manager to join BairesDev's Research & Development (R&D) team.

Our R&D team is an integral part of our technology solutions that drive millions in revenue each year, so we only hire the best of the best. Within the team, you'll find many different challenges: Data analytics, machine learning, and desktop and web development are some of the most relevant right now, but to drive innovation, you'll find new things coming up every day!

R&D is undoubtedly the most interesting and challenging area of the entire company, and while BairesDev is generally made up of really talented people, here you will find professionals with extensive experience and also intellectual and creative levels well above average.

What You Will Do:

- Manage the project's human capital, including hiring, retaining, and firing, compensation plans, motivation, etc.
- Help define and monitor metrics and KPIs for the teams.
- Ensure that team coordination and the development process are executed correctly.
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies and ensure compliance.
- Promote a collaborative engineering culture according to the company's values.
Here's what we're looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in software development-related roles in a relevant organization.
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced level of English.
