We are looking for a Portfolio Success Associate to join our Portfolio Services team. You will act as a liaison between BDev Ventures and existing partners (portfolio companies) to help achieve business objectives. This is a great opportunity for a professional who wants to grow with one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry.

What you'll do:

- Work with our investor, operations, and campaign teams to ensure that our partners are properly serviced.
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite partner executives.
- Present to and influence key stakeholders from both the company and the partner using excellent communication skills.
- Help implement strategies to grow our portfolio companies.
- Prepare frequent reviews and reports with financial data.
Here's what we're looking for:

- Extensive client relationship management experience, including both closing deals and developing long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Advanced negotiating abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and an advanced level of English.

Desirable:

- Prior investment and venture capital experience (on-site or offshore).
- Demonstrated experience in a comparable role in a venture capital firm.
