As a UX/UI Director, shape the design strategy and methodology of our projects using your extensive experience in UX/UI. Focus on creating scalable and effective frameworks, guiding strategic decisions, and leading teams to implement innovative solutions that meet our long-term user experience and interface objectives.

What you will do:

- Architect comprehensive UX/UI strategies, aligning them with long-term business goals and user experience visions.
- Lead and guide the organization in adopting advanced methodologies and tools for user-centered solutions.
- Define standards and frameworks for user experience and interface, ensuring consistency and quality across products.
- Provide strategic direction and expert insights on complex UX/UI challenges.
- Mentor and develop a team of professionals, fostering excellence in practice and thinking.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate user-centered design deeply into the product development lifecycle.

Here's what we are looking for:

- 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, strategy, and leadership.
- Strong background in user experience architecture and strategic design thinking.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and their impact on business outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of UX research, usability testing, and data-driven design optimization.
- Experience in designing and implementing large-scale, complex UX/UI solutions across multiple platforms and products.
- Skilled in creating and managing comprehensive design systems that scale across organizations.
- Ability to evaluate and choose between different UX/UI strategies and technologies, understanding their pros and cons in various business contexts.
- Expert in managing end-to-end UX/UI processes and integrating them into product development lifecycles.
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring UX/UI teams and driving organizational change.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Experience in aligning UX/UI strategies with broader business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Advanced level of English for effective communication with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
