The Content Specialist will work with me to create the short term regional strategy/processes for primary content types leveraging the systems currently available - Cumulus (Images) Kaltura (Video) LATAM RED (marketing materials – pdfs, AI files, word files-recipes/product fact sheets and presentations). The long term strategy will be developed by Marketing & IS LATAM Leadership, with the guidance and support Global DE. The specialist will work directly with each of the selected Content Administrators in the BU’s (these associates are current trademarketing or marketing associates who we are requesting min. 15% FTE to support content management and sharing) to upload current content onto each of the above systems – overseeing organization and taxonomy. He/She will work with the Content Administrators to establish LATAM RED users (per each pilot stage) and content workflows/uploading processes and will work with the regional Marketers to create a common product fact sheet format manually (word doc) to be uploaded to RED LATAM as a short term solution to our data issues.EXP AND EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field with at least 3 years of marketing experience, MBA or related graduate degree preferred. Knowledge and experience in conducting business in Latin America is a requirement. English language skills, including the ability to conduct business discussions in English, a requirement. Portuguese language skills preferred.
