Sales Operations Analyst at BairesDev

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support our Sales leadership team. This role involves helping with strategic alignment, supporting key initiatives, assisting with process optimization, and helping ensure that the Sales organization operates with focus and clarity. You will help connect strategy to execution, support operational activities, and assist teams in achieving their goals.

What You'll Do:

- Support program and project management efforts to help ensure sales initiatives are executed effectively.
- Help with strategic planning and goal tracking in partnership with Sales leadership.
- Assist with reporting and performance analysis, providing insights to support data-driven decisions.
- Support operational activities, communication, and alignment across the Sales organization.
- Help optimize processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Assist with stakeholder relationships and special projects, supporting clarity and accountability.
What We Are Looking For:

- Experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Sales Operations, or similar role.
- Good organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work with financial and performance data, with Excel skills.
- Project management experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
- Good communication skills and comfort working with stakeholders.
- Good level of English.
