    Responsabilidades clave:
    Dirección de operaciones hoteleras y control financiero.
    Definición y ejecución de estrategia comercial
    Liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios.
    Relación directa con Junta Directiva.
    Expansión y apertura de nuevas operaciones hoteleras.

    Requisitos:
    Profesional en áreas administrativas o afines (posgrado deseable).
    8 a 10 años de experiencia en sector hotelero o servicios.
    Experiencia en gerencia de operaciones, expansión y manejo multisede.
    Sólidos conocimientos en operación hotelera, finanzas y revenue.

    Competencias: liderazgo, toma de decisiones, orientación a resultados, ética y alta confiabilidad.

    Condiciones contractuales:
    Ubicación: Bogotá
    Contrato: Indefinido
    Salario base: $8.000.000 – $10.000.000 COP
    Crecimiento salarial: Variable por resultados

    Objetivo del cargo:
    Brindar soporte en el desarrollo del plan de gestión de riesgos, realizar auditorías internas y reportar los resultados a la dirección (BM Director, CFO y CEO). Proponer acciones para cerrar brechas frente a políticas internas y optimizar procesos. Además, liderar entrenamientos sobre políticas corporativas en diferentes áreas.

    Responsabilidades:

    Ejecutar el plan de auditoría interna según cronograma.
    Identificar y recomendar acciones para cerrar gaps frente a políticas internas.
    Proponer mejoras en procesos internos y dar seguimiento a su implementación.
    Elaborar reportes requeridos por la casa matriz sobre controles internos.
    Impartir entrenamientos a diferentes áreas sobre políticas corporativas.
    Garantizar la ejecución del plan de auditoría y entrenamientos al 100%.


    Requisitos:

    Educación: Profesional en Ciencias Económicas y/o Administrativas (Contaduría, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o afines).
    Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en áreas financieras, compras y control interno.
    Habilidades:

    Inglés avanzado (80%).
    Excel intermedio (70%).
    Conocimiento en procesos internos y control de riesgos.

    - Work in day-to-day contact with the executive teams of companies BDev Ventures is evaluating;
    - Be involved in execution activities, including responsibilities such as data gathering, analysis, and material preparation, as well as taking responsibility for managing deal evaluation processes such as leading due diligence inquiries and preparing transaction documentation.

    We are looking for an experienced CRM analyst to join our Reactivations team. This team already influences over $50M/year in revenue, and we aim to double it in the next 12 months. The ideal candidate should be seasoned in CRM, B2B Marketing, and highly quantitative (SQL is a big plus).
    You will have the opportunity to work on high-visibility, revenue-generating campaigns that deliver important value for the company. You will work in a team that is a top priority for our CEO and CMO, receiving plenty of support and resources.     What You'll Do:

    - Manage existing triggers and campaigns to maximize revenue generation.

    - Research and share best practices to improve campaign performance.

    - Navigate ambiguity as the team pioneers new initiatives, including AI integration.
