What You Will Do:
- Provide back end budgets for new build and enhancement requests. - Approve and collaborate on development lifecycle deliverables including PSDs, Wireframes, Base Styles, Development / Code, QA Issues and resolution. - Review developer code and project delivery to maintain and improve code quality control and adherence to standards. Here's what we're looking for:
- 7+ years of experience working with PHP with strong Front-End skills. - Relevant experience as a developer to lead a team of PHP programmers. - Workflow Management, design and implementation in all its stages. - Management of project timing. - Contribution to the preparation of technical documentation. - Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and other frameworks such as, among others, Angular and React. - Experience with frameworks such as Zend, Laravel, symfony is desirable. - Advanced English level.

We need someone to create the experience of internal and external products, helping and guiding product managers, stakeholders, and designers in the product development lifecycle.
As a UX Research, you will:
- Develop deep research (qualitative and quantitative) in the product development lifecycle and UX design processes. - Plan and implement research methods such as focus groups, quantitative and qualitative surveys, card sorting, participatory design / co-creation workshops, heuristic evaluation (formal and informal), cognitive walkthroughs, and A/B tests. - Analyze data from research and Web Data (GA), bringing insight to decision-making. - Combine data-driven and user-centric methodologies for better results. - Collaborate to shape and deliver a delightful customer experience based on research. - Communicate and disseminate research analysis in a clear, transparent, and persuasive manner. - Be part of a multidisciplinary product team to identify key research questions and goals, applying research methodologies to drive customer-centered and data-driven decisions on product and design strategy. - Build a framework for other developers to build applications with. Initially focusing on building reactive dashboards with an option to make mobile versions of them. - Assist in coaching and mentoring other React developers. Here's what we're looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in React. - Advance agile methodologies management. - Advanced Design Patterns knowledge. - Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge. - Experience with Security. - Experience developing/integrating with large-scale applications. - Fully specialized in Backend, Frontend development areas. - Strong experience in coding reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines. - Expert understanding of the benefits/weaknesses of a client's requirements. - Advanced knowledge of the tradeoffs of choosing a certain technology. - Strong experience participating in meetings with clients, users, and stakeholders. - Experience leading teams, allocating tasks, identifying risks, decision making, estimating tasks, managing conflicts, and planning. - Advanced English level.
