Estamos en búsqueda de un perfil multifuncional, organizado y proactivo, capaz de gestionar la producción y publicación de contenido digital para múltiples marcas bajo flujos de trabajo definidos, gestionar comunidades, revisar entregables y organizar el trabajo diario de forma autónoma, bajo un esquema de formación constante para su crecimiento profesional.
Este NO es el típico "community manager de una sola marca".
Es un cargo transversal, operativo, con manejo diario de varias cuentas, uso de herramientas de IA, seguimiento constante de tareas y acompañamiento directo para el desarrollo de nuevas habilidades.
Responsabilidades principales:
1. Planificación y redacción de contenido (para varias marcas)
-Elaborar mensualmente los calendarios de publicaciones (normalmente 15 publicaciones por marca).
-Redactar los textos base de cada publicación.
-Utilizar herramientas de IA (ChatGPT, Eleven Labs, HeyGen) para agilizar la redacción, siempre revisando, editando y humanizando el contenido.
-Entregar el contenido aprobado al diseñador para la producción de piezas gráficas y audiovisuales.
2. Revisión y supervisión de piezas de diseño
-Verificar que las piezas entregadas por diseño estén correctas (textos, fechas, promociones, números de contacto, etc.).
-Si hay correcciones, se devuelven al diseñador para su ajuste final (NO se hacen ajustes directos en Canva).
-Validar que el material esté 100% aprobado antes de ser publicado.
3.Programación y publicación de contenido
-Programar el contenido ya aprobado en Meta Business Suite y demás plataformas según la marca.
4. Gestión de comunidad
-Atender mensajes, comentarios e interacciones de cada marca.
Aplicar respuestas basadas en plantillas predefinidas para cada situación (dirección, contacto, asesor, etc.).
-Registrar y enviar los leads o contactos al equipo comercial correspondiente.
5. Coordinación y reuniones
-Participar en reuniones virtuales de seguimiento (normalmente 2 veces por semana).
