    Tu principal objetivo será:
    Diseñar, estructurar, ejecutar y controlar proyectos de automatización industrial y desarrollo de maquinaria, asegurando la implementación de soluciones innovadoras que optimicen los procesos productivos, mejoren la eficiencia, fortalezcan la confiabilidad de la operación y contribuyan al seguimiento de indicadores de mantenimiento.

    Principales responsabilidades:
    1. Diseño y desarrollo de maquinaria industrial: Crear y optimizar equipos mediante CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), integrando principios mecánicos, neumáticos e hidráulicos.
    2. Estructuración y gestión de proyectos de automatización: Definir requerimientos, elaborar cronogramas, gestionar recursos y liderar la ejecución de inicio a fin.
    3. Programación y configuración de PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.) y desarrollo de lógicas de control (secuencial, PID, alarmas).
    4. Integración de sistemas: Sensores, actuadores y máquinas conectadas a sistemas de control, SCADA o HMI.
    5. Control y seguimiento de proyectos: Asegurar cumplimiento de tiempos, costos, calidad y alcance.
    6. Manejo y seguimiento de indicadores de mantenimiento: Apoyar en la medición y análisis de indicadores como disponibilidad, MTTR, MTBF y confiabilidad de equipos.
    7. Documentación técnica: Elaborar manuales, planos eléctricos y reportes de avance de proyectos.
    8. Innovación y mejora continua: Investigar nuevas tecnologías, componentes y metodologías aplicables a la automatización.
    9. Gestión con proveedores: Negociar y coordinar con proveedores de equipos y servicios especializados.

    Lo que estamos buscando:

    Ingeniero en Automatización, Mecatrónica, Electrónica o afines.

    Experiencia:

    We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team and manage medium to large Staff Augmentation projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead multi-disciplinary, highly skilled engineering teams to deliver specific products or transformations, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.

    What You’ll Do:

    - Plan and monitor project results, providing coaching, counseling, and discipline to employees as needed.
    - Coordinate and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures to maintain project quality and consistency.
    - Retain staff by fostering a reliable and communicative work environment, developing personal interaction with team members, and identifying growth opportunities.
    - Strategically analyze and improve billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast project profitability.
    - Achieve financial objectives by forecasting financial results, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
    - Take a proactive role in identifying farming opportunities within existing clients and delivering value to all internal and external stakeholders.
    - Maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by supporting and delivering strategic plans for implementing technologies.
