  • Propósito del cargo:
    Brindar apoyo integral y estratégico al CEO en la gestión de su agenda, comunicaciones, coordinación entre empresas y seguimiento de proyectos, garantizando eficiencia, confidencialidad y una organización impecable del flujo de trabajo diario. Actuará como el punto de enlace principal entre el CEO, los equipos internos de las diferentes compañías y los contactos externos, asegurando que las prioridades del CEO se ejecuten de manera oportuna y efectiva.

    Responsabilidades principales
    Gestión de agenda y tiempo:
    Planificar, organizar y coordinar el calendario del CEO (reuniones, viajes, eventos, compromisos personales).
    Anticipar necesidades y preparar materiales o información previa a reuniones.
    Garantizar el cumplimiento eficiente de los compromisos diarios.

    Manejo de comunicaciones:
    Administrar correos electrónicos y llamadas del CEO, priorizando y filtrando información crítica.
    Redactar, revisar y enviar correspondencia en nombre del CEO.
    Asegurar un tono profesional y coherente en todas las comunicaciones.

    Coordinación interempresarial:
    Mantener comunicación fluida con los equipos de todas las empresas del grupo.
    Facilitar la colaboración y el seguimiento de proyectos entre distintas áreas.
    Supervisar el cumplimiento de tareas delegadas y compromisos post-reunión.

    Apoyo administrativo y estratégico:
    Elaborar reportes, resúmenes ejecutivos y presentaciones.
    Organizar documentación, contratos y archivos confidenciales.
    Participar en la preparación y logística de reuniones, eventos o viajes.

    Confidencialidad y criterio ejecutivo:
    Manejar información sensible con absoluta discreción.
    Ejercer juicio profesional en la toma de decisiones administrativas.
    Representar al CEO con profesionalismo y diplomacia en todo momento.

    Perfil del puesto
    Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años como Asistente Ejecutiva o en roles similares de soporte directivo.
